Hi, I'm Michelle! I'm a mental health counselor, who works with clients of all ages. I work with individuals with symptoms related to anxiety, depression, anger, ADHD, Autism Spectrum and more. I belive that people are the experts of their own lives. As such, I aim to build a collaborative relationship, to help people reach their goals and bring positive changes to their lives.
Using CBT, we will form the connections between thoughts, emotions and actions, and learn to reshape negative patterns of thinking. Using a person centered approach, we will increase self acceptance and self esteem and learn to minimize negative feelings.
