I assist people who are on spiritual journeys and also those with Chronic Pain, PTSD, anxiety and depression. I completed the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) training to support nervous system heath. I am a certified HeartMath practitioner, and am guiding people in techniques to regulate Heart Rate Variability (HRV) to gain more heart and brain coherence.
I have an innate and studied knowledge that our minds, bodies, spirits, our traumas, our families and our heart and brain health work together to determine our lives. We can create our realities and heal our pasts. Through careful listening we can (re)learn deeper trust in ourselves and our bodies and we can connect to right and rewrite our life stories.
