My name is Michelle, and I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family therapist with Elevate Counseling Center. I believe that our mental health journey is one that can foster powerful change, and I am here to support you as you move through it. I draw from modalities such as Person-Centered, DBT, and CBT, however it is my goal to meet my clients where they are at and help them tap into their unique wisdoms inherent within them.
I have years of experience working with children, teens, and young adults in a variety of settings and offer individual, family, and couples therapy. I have supported clients and their loved ones through experiences of depression, anxiety, eating disorders, ADHD symptoms, relational issues, and family conflict.
