I also have extensive experience working with families whose loved ones have special needs or substance use issues.
My clinical approach is eclectic and culturally sensitive, utilizing a variety of styles based on client need. Therapeutically I incorporate: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic and Strength-Based perspectives, as well as Attachment-based and Trauma informed practices. My style is interactive, supportive, compassionate & empathetic.
