Challenging and traumatic events impact us all, and the ramifications can be long lasting. When we seek to enjoy an authentic expression of ourselves but automatic reactions get in the way, we may feel frustrated and powerless. Healing from what harmed us and creating new patterns can bring about newfound hope and a more fulfilling life!
My therapeutic focus is on the liberation found in healing from past experiences and moving into the present. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, parts work (inspired by Internal Family Systems therapy), and a systemic perspective to help bring about healing, reclaim power, and live life to the fullest.
While humans share many characteristics and experiences, we are also unique beings with individual needs. I am committed to meeting you where you are on your journey and walking alongside as a companion or guide to help you reach your goals.
