I am fully trained in EMDR! I am an eclectic therapist that utilizes many modalities to help you reach your goals such as CBT, DBT, EMDR and various others. I work to create an environment that feels safe to express vulnerability, process trauma and express emotions. I have experience working with a diverse population of clientele on many different issues.
