Treatment specialization includes therapy for shame resilience, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief/loss, transitions, medical crisis and addiction relapse prevention support.
I have an eclectic approach to treatment which incorporates multiple evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to help clients understand the link between negative perceptions (cognitions) and long-standing behavior patterns which negatively impact our relationships and personal life aspirations.
