Working with people of varying ages and difficulties is my passion (age 12+). I would like my clients to feel supported in the challenges they face and know they are not alone. Finding solutions for problems and making a plan to overcome obstacles are a few of the areas I excel in as a therapist and hope to share that same passion with you.
Listening to my clients is my biggest strength and I believe having a trusted, non-judgmental person to trust is key in building a foundation for your therapy. Our focus will be on solution-based approaches. We will also work on cognitive behavior techniques, art therapy, play therapy, narrative approaches, and building coping skills for times ahead.
