Welcome! My name is Michelle Kelley and I am a LCSW providing individual, family, and couples therapy in the Temecula Valley. I have extensive experience working with families and adults. I often treat trauma with a focus on childhood experiences and how they affect individuals throughout the life span. Through modalities like EMDR, CBT, and DBT I work collaboratively with my clients to aid in management of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other symptoms. If you are looking to address current struggles, past experiences, or are wanting to improve your relationships and life satisfaction please feel free to contact me.
Often individuals are looking to improve relationships, their ability to perform at work, or are wanting to address current challenges and stressors. There is no time like the present to begin addressing these difficulties so that you are able to live a fulfilling life. Together we can work towards relationship satisfaction and improved quality of life.
I believe the best approach to a therapeutic relationship is one that is client-centered. This means that I meet you where you are at and we will work collaboratively towards your stated goals. Through a strengths-based approach will we work together to build confidence, empowerment, and the skills needed to be successful across settings. I am a LGBTQ ally.
