Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor for the state of Texas with one mission in mind; helping my clients rise above their circumstances. I have over 20 years of experience as a helping professional. My expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy has been reviewed and certified by the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. I am authorized to provide Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD and believe in a non-judgmental approach to therapy. I also incorporate other modes of treatment as individually needed. My counseling style is interactive, educative when appropriate, and centered around you and your therapeutic need.

I soon realized that my life’s purpose is to inspire people and help them overcome obstacles in their lives, enabling them to flourish. Since becoming a professional counselor, I have helped my clients develop skills that allow them to reach new heights despite past events or recent difficulties in their life.
