I am skilled with working with those who have concerns of depression, anxiety, poor self esteem, and trauma, such as those with abuse histories or domestic violence. I enjoy helping to be a part of the process that can improve another person's quality of life, satisfaction and a sense of purpose and empowerment.
I am a licensed mental health counselor specializing in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, depression/mood and anxiety concerns. I am a certified Trauma Therapy & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have over nineteen years experience working in various setting, including domestic violence centers, community agencies and in private practice.
