My name is Michelle Grabill, and I am a therapist at Life Journey Psychological Services. I am excited to offer my services to clients of all demographics, and I am passionate about incorporating horses into therapy to create a unique and effective experience. As a therapist, I have experience with various therapeutic techniques, including talk therapy and experiential therapy. Each client is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet their individual needs and goals. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process, and I work closely with my clients to ensure that they feel heard and understood.
Incorporating horses into therapy is a passion of mine. Horses are incredibly intuitive animals, and they can mirror our emotions and behaviors in ways that are difficult to achieve in traditional therapy. By working with horses, clients can gain a deeper understanding of their emotions and learn how to better communicate and connect with others.
