I have experience assisting adults struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and life transitions. I use a blend of person-centered and narrative therapy techniques and believe that a genuine and collaborative therapeutic relationship facilitates psychological healing, growth, and well-being. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment to equip clients with insight, as well as effective coping and self-care skills.
