Hi, my name is Michelle and I know what it is like to have some bad experiences in life and how hard it is to reach out for support. I spent a lot of time not even knowing where to start or how to even put struggles into words. Once I found how therapy can work, I found my calling. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, respect, and honesty; and I strive to make this process as easy as possible. I offer virtual sessions to accommodate busy life styles. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to invest in themselves and find the support they need. So call, text, email, I am here to work with you!
My therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and EMDR.
