My therapeutic approach is eclectic in nature and utilizes "modern" cutting-edge and evidence-based counseling modalities. With extended training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), working in the areas of Trauma, Grief, Anxiety, Depression, Relationships and LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Therapies.
