I see therapy as collaborative so I am here to sit with you as you navigate this time of vulnerability and exploration. Working together, we will help you explore who you are and what makes you come alive. We will explore the systems and beliefs that might contribute to your feelings and equip you with the tools and language to advocate for your health and well-being to yourself and others.
I work with women in their 20s and on to help them reconnect or discover their most authentic selves. Sometimes that looks like doing theory-led work such as IFS or ACT other times, it looks like values work or grief and fertility support. I'm here to sit with you as you navigate the parts of life that might feel hard and overwhelming.
I know that taking the first step to therapy is a scary step. The first time I reached out, it took me almost three months to actually book.
