I work with girls ages 10 and up, and women experiencing eating disorders such as Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, Orthorexia, and ARFID. If you or someone you love is experiencing an eating disorder, it can be isolating, frustrating, scary, and all consuming. Often people do not fully understand why this is controlling their life, how it began, and can feel unable to make changes. Allow me to come along side you so we can uncover the root causes of the disorder and make meaningful changes in your life, and help you become the person I know you can.
Additionally, I support women in their transition into motherhood. Whether you are pregnant or recently had a baby, I am here to share in your journey without fear of judgement. It is ok to say it is hard, because sometimes it is. Let me help you reach a place where you can find peace, meaning, and reach your highest potential as a Mom. I believe in you!
I am here to help you dig a way out of the areas of your lives that aren't working while providing guidance and encouragement along the way.
