Have you struggled with managing triggers to everyday events and are not sure what they are connnected to? Have you experienced a possible traumatic or significant event in your life that keeps impacting you in a multitude of ways that you would like to find a way to confront these memories so that you can develop a different sense of self? Learning how to navigate your triggers and have a better understanding of how that impacts you in order to heal that inner self is something that we can work on together.
I specialize in working with trauma using either EMDR, cognitive processing therapy or emotional regulation techniques to give you a better understanding of why these triggers impact you and how to manage them effectively so that they no longer have a large control of your life. I also work with other mood related disorders such as depression and anxiety.
I am interested in helping heal those wounds of the past through providing my clients a way to create a healthier integrated sense of self so that you can finally provide your younger self with the caring, support and unconditional love it always needed. As most of us, I have also struggled with my own issues which fuels my desire to help others.
