I am a board certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is originally from Riverside, California. I moved to Austin, Texas over 5 years ago, solo, on a whim. Once I relocated to a cute countryside home in the outskirts of Seguin, I joined InMindOut providing therapy services to individuals. I received my bachelor’s as well as master’s degree in social work at San Diego State University in San Diego California.
I use a culturally competent approach imploring the strengths perspective, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma-informed care, to name a few to provide therapy services to individuals.
During my free time I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family, embarking on new adventures, and spending time outdoors. Cannot forget to include my beloved cat Nugget/Nug/Nuggie and dog, Duke (just Duke).
