Everyone is different and their issues are different, but their problems are similar. Many people suffer alone and their quality of life is effected due to them not knowing how to work through their struggles. I have had experience working with clients with trauma both from adulthood and early childhood, betrayal trauma, grief issues, addiction, anxiety and depression, and relationship issues.
I am here to meet you exactly where you are at in life. I am interested in helping you learn healthy coping skills to help you work through complex trauma, grief, anxiety and depression and put it in the past so that you can focus on the present. I will use CBT and DBT therapy regularly and EMDR Therapy on request. I use art therapy and meditation as well.

Betrayal Trauma Support/Educational Group
This group is specifically for women who are the partners of those who have a sexual addiction. We will have both an educational piece and support system for those whom are experiencing trauma from being with a partner who has a sexual addiction. This will be a smaller group with 5-6 members and will be a closed group.
