In Person Sessions Available. I provide Couples Therapy, including; Marital, Infidelity, relationship sexual concerns, and Individual Therapy for Anxiety, PMDD and PME. I help couples deepen their intimacy, improve communication, and resolve long standing conflicts. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman, Sex Therapy Informed, and 3rd wave Behavioral Approaches (DBT, ACT).
Are you experiencing severe mood swings related to your menstrual cycle? Have you wondered why your PMS is so bad? If all hormonal tests come back normal, it may be PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) or PME (Premenstrual Exacerbation of another Mental Health issue). I assess and provide therapy for PMDD and PME.
Therapy is not a casual conversation, therapy is work. I pride myself on using our time effectively and sometimes that means therapy is challenging.
