As a licensed clinical social worker, I take an integrative approach to the mind-body-spirit through advanced energetic modalities such as EMDR, EFT, IFS and guided imagery. Prior to becoming a social worker, I spent several years learning about alternative healing techniques based on Eastern philosophies and medicine. My curiosity around human development emerged around the time my children were born and provided insight into childhood development and psychology.
I primarily work with an adult and teen population to treat a variety of issues and have experience working in county mental health for nearly seven years. I encourage my clients to explore how many of their issues stem from a combination of family dynamics, subconscious beliefs and personal patterns in order to create positive changes.
