I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides therapy for individuals ages 11+. I’m passionate about helping children and adolescents learn how to understand and express their emotions, use healthy coping skills, and improve their self-esteem and confidence. The majority of my practice focuses on kids struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma-related issues, relationship issues, or other mental health concerns. I have years of experience working with children, adolescents, and their families. I have experience in both outpatient settings and higher levels of care.
The teenage years can be significantly challenging to navigate (for both teens and parents) and part of my passion in working with this age group is to help with those challenges. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can leave a session feeling heard and understood.
My work often centers around accepting what we cannot control and working on putting our energy into what we can. As a member of the Great Lakes Psychology Group network, I have a team standing by Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm Eastern available to help schedule an appointment and answer billing and insurance questions.
