Are life's challenges leaving you feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed? Highly skilled in helping clients navigate and integrate the experience of having a chronic/serious health condition, or the loss of a loved one. Help resolving difficult or early life experiences that are affecting current relationships. Enjoy supporting women as they transition: A young adult woman finding her authentic, empowered self. A pregnant/postpartum woman managing her changing moods, preparing for this rite of passage, and adjusting to a new role. A perimenopausal/menopausal woman examining her life, finding her voice, and taking new risks.
Through a warm, collaborative approach, I help clients strengthen their own internal wisdom and resources for managing the overwhelm, shifting their mood, and solving problems. Through deeper inquiry, often utilizing the wisdom of the body, I help clients to discover the root causes of their pain, resolve trauma, and integrate all parts of themselves.
The work may also utilize non-verbal modalities such as guided imagery, light trance states, or the expressive arts to increase self awareness and inner guidance. Clients experience a more integrated sense of themselves, can manage their challenges, and feel more connected to important their relationships, and to what gives them meaning in their lives.
