Before becoming a counselor, I worked with individuals from childhood through hospice. I earned degrees in Early Childhood Studies and Clinical Mental Health Counseling which laid the foundation for the integrated psychodynamic approach I use in therapy where I have helped those recovering from anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and past trauma.
My vision of the person is founded in Christian anthropology through which I help clients find healing and wholeness. I work with and welcome individuals of various backgrounds.
