I provide mental health and vocational rehabilitation counseling services to adults. I specialize in helping college students who are navigating the stressors of post-secondary education and adulting. I also specialize in mental health services for adults with specific concerns related to trauma, religious and spiritual struggles, racial/ethnic identity, relationship issues, and phase of life problems. I am also ready to assist people with and without disabilities to prepare for and enter into careers. Consider me, if you want to grow or develop emotionally, relationally, or occupationally.

I am extensively trained in evidence-based, manualized and protocol therapies that assist clients with a host of challenges. These therapies include EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) as well as Strategic Trauma and Abuse Recovery System which is a spiritually-integrated therapy.
