I particularly enjoy working with young adults and mothers. For young adults it often involves unpacking identity formation, career aspirations, and relationships, while for mothers, it encompasses addressing the complex interplay of personal fulfillment, maternal roles, and societal expectations.
I also have experience and enjoy providing counseling services to adults and adolescents with a variety of presenting concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, family conflict, and trauma. I very much believe that therapy is a tool that everyone can benefit from at anytime in your life, not just during a time of crisis.
