Clinically, I would take the biopsychosocial approach to understand human development and the etiology and maintenance of mental health and related issues. I use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-based Interventions.
