Michele Rule is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland who has been practicing since 2014. She has an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Michele's treatment approach and philosophy include helping clients to become more self-aware, gain insight, recognize faulty beliefs, and replace them with truth in a non-judgmental atmosphere of empathy, acceptance, warmth, and positive regard. She believes people are most reshaped by experiencing something new in order to break old, unhealthy patterns and perspectives. Being heard, validated, supported, and challenged while feeling safe are very powerful change elements.
