Hello! I am a therapist working in the Sun Valley area of Idaho. I take a client-centered approach in therapy, meaning I believe that you innately know yourself and your needs best. Sometimes we just need some guidance to find and access that inner wisdom. Through relationship building, staying one step behind the client’s process, and utilizing various therapeutic modalities, I work with people to help them find more meaning in their lives, heal from trauma, and achieve a deeper sense of well-being.
I have the most experience working with adolescents, LGBTQIA-2S identifying folks, those suffering from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and addiction. I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS - also known as "parts work"), relationship building/modeling, somatic approaches (TRM), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, depending on the needs of the client.
