Everyone has had different experiences, but we all grieve, get angry and feel pain. We all experience and feel emotion differently. We all mourn our losses and manage anger in our own way. Therapy is also a safe place to talk, grow and change. It can be challenging and painful work. I can give you alternative perspectives to help alter your thoughts . I will listen and validate your feelings, helping you to move through to a better place. I have select virtual openings for new clients. We begin with a phone consult to evaluate the match and schedule an initial appointment. We move into your struggles and set goals to move on.
Offering 25+ years in the helping profession. I have a masters degree from Boston College.I have worked with adolescents, individuals, couples and extensively with foster care youth and families. My focus is on your trauma, anxiety and depression amongst your other struggles. Life is about finding joy in your normal day and offering joy to another being.
