I am an established therapist with 9 years in practice, and 20 years in the field. My areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, recovery from trauma/PTSD, grief and loss, complex or chronic illness, spiritual exploration, and life transitions. I am trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Integrative Medicine and Nutrition for physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental wellness. My approach is Holistic with a focus on the relationship between mind, body, and spirit. I have a deep capacity to sit with emotional pain and I use this ability to support my clients who are moving through painful life experiences.
Therapy is an investment in yourself. I utilize a variety of clinical techniques for short-term and long-term therapy based on the individual needs of my clients. Awareness and mindfulness practices, experiential therapy techniques, humor, and spirituality are core parts of my practice.
I work with all relationship structures, LGBTQIA+ communities, and take into account systemic issues of oppression and health disparities that can be traumatic. We all have differences in how we think and interact with the world- I prioritize your lived experience and respect Neurodiversity.
