I am a licensed clinician with over twenty years of experience in the counseling field working with adults and groups struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, women issues, and life stressors. I combine person-centered approach while utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I provide a therapeutic environment that fosters empowerment and enrichment in the lives of others. I help my clients learn and develop skills to manage stressors and overcome the barriers that are standing in the way of their life goals.
