I am excited you are taking steps to feel better about yourself! I've been a therapist for more than 25 years and I absolutely love what I do! I help adults learn to live authentically and create a life of wellness in all realms through the mind / soul / body connection. Creating a daily routine using strategies that ground you and support moving forward in areas where you feel stuck. Improving your outlook to see past the stressful events that feel overwhelming. Talking through challenges and learning different ways to look at something to feel empowered again, even when feeling depressed and anxious.
My therapy approach is synergistic, warm and accepting. As you become comfortable connecting with your inner self, you build skills and strategies to reduce the stress you feel. CBT, mindfulness and relaxation, positive psychology, mind / body /spirit connection and establishing an overall wellness focus are the bulk of approaches used.
