Does it sometimes feel like you’re living in an emotional rollercoaster—similar to the ups and downs of This Is Us? Complex PTSD can make you feel overwhelmed and disconnected, but just like the characters who find strength through connection and courage, you don’t have to face it alone. I help you navigate the overwhelming world of trauma using tools that allow you to reconnect with yourself and heal old wounds. Maybe you feel your’e always on high alert, reacting like Meredith Grey during a crisis, or struggling to express your emotions like the protagonist in Baby Reindeer, I’m here to help you unpack the pain without judgement.
We’ll focus on grounding yourself in the present to help you move past those “flashback episodes,” build emotional resilience like the characters in The Good Place, and understand how trauma impacts your body and mind. Using Sensorimotor Therapy, we’ll explore your body’s responses to trauma, providing gentle support just like Ted Lasso.
Healing is possible, and with the right tools, you can begin to write your own story—one that isn’t defined by trauma but by your strength and resilience. If you’re ready to leave behind the reruns of past pain and move into the next chapter of your life, I’m here to help you start.
