I am Michele, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 30 years experience in the field. I offer short-term or ongoing counseling and enjoy working with older teens and adults who are hoping to improve their relationships and increase self awareness. I specialize in ADHD, parenting conflicts, and difficult college transitions.
I use a variety of evidence-based interventions to help clients improve focus, organization, time management, and self-esteem. By using effective support strategies and positive parenting techniques, parents can improve their relationship with their child or teen, and start to feel better about the parenting process.
Parenting is often a rough road. I would like to help people be able to look back on how they parented and how they were parented, and have good, positive memories. It's never too late to change one's mindset, set boundaries, accept and acknowledge how and what we need to change, and move forward to be the best we can be.
