I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Virginia, with a career spanning over 26 years. I firmly believe in the power of empathy, being non-judgmental, and a strengths based-perspective to empower clients in developing healthy thinking patterns and effective coping skills to managing their life challenges.
