I have training in trauma interventions and use eclectic methods to meet your needs.
My counseling style is laid back and I strive to create a comfortable experience. I have been described as supportive, caring, and compassionate, with a pretty good sense of humor. I like to focus on identifying your strengths and helping you to maximize them to overcome your obstacles. I offer EMDR to work on past and present trauma.
