I do this through various therapeutic modalities (ACT, EFT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, psychodynamic) that will help you explore your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and connect to the choices impacting your behaviors.
With this approach I have learned how to support individuals struggling with complex trauma, eating disorders, body image issues, self worth struggles, depression, and anxiety. I look forward to partnering with you to help move you towards healing.
