Are you feeling burnt out or having issues struggling with all of life’s obstacles? I get that. Let’s work through it together. I hope to help assist and support you in gaining the skills needed to successfully overcome the obstacles that you are facing as we are on this healing journey together. I currently only offer virtual sessions. I understand that virtual sessions are not everyone's cup of tea, therefore starting Spring 2024 I will be offering walk and talk therapy at three different parks in Knoxville.
I practice with a non-directive approach as I feel therapy is more effective when led by the client. I am trauma-informed and use various mindfulness techniques to help clients heal from trauma, depression, life transitions, and anxiety. I greatly enjoy working with the LGBTQIA+ community, young adults, and couples in my practice.
I know finding the right therapist can be a challenge. I am so proud of you for taking this step. Putting yourself first can feel uncomfortable at times, but is worth it in the end.
