I am a bilingual-bicultural (English-Spanish) clinician with over 30 years of training and experience. My approach is collaborative, holistic (considering cultural, linguistic, religious, environmental, situational factors) and constructive to help you connect with your unique strengths to help us work on the challenges you are facing.
I provide individual psychotherapy and psychoanalysis to adults and couples therapy. I work with depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflicts, acculturation challenges, adoption/infertility, loss/bereavement, trauma and life transitions.
