Clients I have worked with typically have been impacted by a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, perfectionism, self-esteem, and showing up as their authentic self.
Utilizing a holistic, strengths-based approach, we will explore all parts of you to gain a more nuanced understanding of who you are and to find new ways of nurturing your whole self. Our work together will be collaborative and filled with empathy, curiosity, and compassion. I also infuse warmth and humor to make the discovery process more human.
