Accepting in-person and telehealth clients! I am privileged to sit beside individuals in their life challenges and hope to create a holding space for clients. My work uses a combination of talk therapy with creative somatic practices. With a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and specialized training in art therapy, I have been trained from a trauma informed and intersectionality based lens. I believe in meeting clients where they are at and tapping into their inner strengths. I support those experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and/or PTSD. We work to address symptoms and support your personal goals.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in mindfulness and embodied practices, with influences from narrative therapy, internal family systems, polyvagal theory, and somatic work. I believe therapy is a powerful space for self-expression, where each person's unique journey can be supported and explored.
