I have extensive experience working with families living with autism and associated spectrum disorders. I also help adults navigate developmental changes, such as career changes, becoming empty nesters, retirement, etc. I help caretakers avoid burnout, such as people caring for disabled children, aging parents, or those in various helping professions.

In addition to being a mental health professional, I am also the mother of two adult children on the autism spectrum. This has given me a unique perspective in the helping profession. My many years of experience working with people who suffer from anxiety and depression have taught me that we tend to be our own worst enemies.
