I typically work out of a Solution-Focused lens and often will integrate mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and reality-based approaches. My five years of experience is rooted in addiction and recovery. I also see clients who are experiencing life adjustments, grief, stress, and unhappiness.
