This journey through life can be difficult and we are all doing it for the first time. Changes in relationships, job, and living situation are enough to warrant large amounts of stress. As a therapist I can offer a unique stance as a person who is a neutral party in your life with no preconceived notions of you. This gives you the opportunity not only to meet with a trained professional but to have an unbiased and empathetic listener. As someone who has history of working with parents and children in crisis I have training in Circle of Security, ACE’s, and Attachment Theory. Additionally, I have developed skills working with people diagnosed with anxiety, depression, and BPD. I have been Certified in DBT as well as trained in CBT, MI, and SFBT.
