Navigating today's world is not easy, and it takes courage to ask for help. I believe in meeting people where they are and providing them with a virtual space to be their authentic selves. Figuring out who we are is a lifelong journey, and I am here to support you along the way.
I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with learning disabilities, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders, as well as co-occurring mental health diagnoses. With the innate understanding that identities intersect, I offer a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and compassion-rooted approach.
My lived experience with nonverbal learning disorder (NVLD) allows me to empathize with my clients whose brains might be wired differently. Please note that I am not accepting new clients at this time.
