We all sometimes struggle with stressors in life. They can be big or small, but at the end of the day we benefit from getting some help. My goal is to provide a safe supportive environment where you can learn to challenge your negative thoughts and become more confident and secure in your life. Together we can confront issues that impact your daily life, from anxiety and depression to issues related to sexuality and identity.
I use a combination of CBT, motivational interviewing and positive psychology. I am a LGBTQ+ affirming, sex positive person and look forward to assisting on your mental health journey. There is a lot of negativity and stigma in the world, especially around mental health. I want to help to change that one person at a time.
