I have extensive experience working with those managing depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma, along with relationship and attachment issues, intimacy related issues, coping with life changes, mood instability, negative self-talk and self-esteem, personal growth, and addressing irrational beliefs. I provide therapy using talk therapy and EMDR.
