Currently accepting new clients for individual therapy. Aloha! I'm here to help with the stresses of island-living and military life on individuals, relationships and careers. If you feel overwhelmed, I offer brief, practical, solution-based therapies to better cope. Many people are angry; with themselves, their partner or family. Anger can stem from trauma of infidelity, combat, sexual assault or feeling powerless to change. Getting past anger and healing can transform our lives forever. My goal is to help clients heal, live, laugh and love again by tailoring therapy to your unique needs and strengths.
I have experience treating trauma and sexual trauma. I offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy; an evidenced-based, eye-movement therapy for trauma, the pain of infidelity and problem behaviors. Therapy is usually completed in less than 10 sessions and there's no need for you to tell and retell the specific details of the traumatic events if you choose not to.
